What sizes do these finger claws come in? Will they fit my large hands?

They come in one size only so they won’t fit hands too large or too small. Remember the circumference of the claws ranges from 2.8’’(MIN) to 3.2”(MAX) to ensure a proper fit before purchase.

Can I play guitar or pick up things while wearing these finger extensions on?

No. These fingers are definitely not for function but only for show. It'll be impossible to play guitar when you have them on. You can pick up an item with a handle like a lunch box.
